Workout in Italian

What to bring: ID, WATER, TOWEL. You may bring a MAT if it is more comfortable for exercises on the floor. YES, you can invite your FRIENDS.

The next two available dates are:

STRENGTH & CARDIO: Tuesday 03/28 from 9:00-9:50am, ROOM 121 &

STRENGTH & CARDIO: Thursday 03/30 from 10:00-10:50am, ROOM 121.

You must have paid the Rec fee (already done if you're a student) or have a Rec membership (faculty/staff) otherwise, you will have to pay the $10 guest fee if you or your guest is a non-TTU member (be sure to bring ID)

**Night hours and weekend hours will also be offered in the future. No knowledge of Italian is required, but welcome!
