OLLI Presents “Introduction to Yoga” September 26 and 28 at 2:30pm

What have you heard about Yoga? You have to be flexible to do Yoga. Yoga is only for young people. Only women do Yoga. Yoga is a religion. Many myths and misperceptions exist when talking about Yoga. Yoga uses a set of physical exercises or postures, sequences of postures and conscious breathing to develop awareness, balance, strength and flexibility. There are many styles of Yoga, any one of them may be right for you. Come give Introduction to Yoga a try and get a taste of Yoga. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. Yoga mats available for use during class.
