Texas Tech's Hospitality Students are partnering with Chefs from six of Lubbock's most distinguished restaurants, featuring one restaurant every week for the Fall Dinner Series in Skyviews Restaurant.
A team of students is assigned to each restaurant, working with the local chefs to design a special menu that celebrates the style and signature offerings that reflect the uniqueness and popularity of these Lubbock mainstays.
Each Wednesday and Thursday a special pre-fixe 4-course menu will consist of an appetizer, soup & salad, choice of two entrees, and dessert. The menu price will range between $31-$36 per person.
