Cognos Production (cognos.texastech.edu) will be upgraded to version 11.2.1 this Saturday, April 16th beginning at 8:00 am CDT. During the upgrade, all Cognos reporting will be unavailable. Downtime is expected to be approximately 6-8 hours.
