The Creative Writing Program is thrilled to bring the second of two alumni back to campus to read for this semester's Creative Writing Alumni Reading! Please find the details for the final reading below:
Nancy Wayson Dinan: Thursday, May 5th in ENGL/PHIL 106 at 7:30 p.m.
Nancy Wayson Dinan earned her B.B.A. in Management Information Systems in 2001 from the University of Texas at Austin and her M.F.A. in Creative Writing in 2013 from The Ohio State University. In May 2020, Dr. Dinan earned her Ph.D. in English with a creative dissertation from Texas Tech University. Dr. Dinan is a former managing editor for the
Iron Horse Literary Review, and her work has appeared in the
Paris Review Daily,
Arts & Letters,
Texas Observer, the
Cincinnati Review, and others. She is the author of the novel
Things You Would Know if You Grew up around Here.
Nancy will read from her work and hold a Q&A. The reading is free and open to the public!
