The workshop will take place on the first floor of the Student Union building, across from the bookstore. We will be at the workshop from 10-3 on Sept. 20-22 to complete the medical Power of Attorney paperwork for students. You will need to bring a government issued picture identification (driver license or passport) with you and plan for approximately 15-30 min at the workshop. *wait times may vary depending on volume of students*
