As we have previously announced, IT Help Central will be updating askIT to ServiceNow. This new platform will provide more self-service options for our customers, as well as additional tools to help us better serve our campus community. To complete this transition, we have scheduled maintenance for askIT on Monday, 10/31/2022 10:00 pm until Tuesday, 11/1/2022 7:00 am CT. While precise timing is difficult to predict, we estimate askIT will be unavailable for at least one hour and possibly several more during the maintenance window. However, the entire nine-hour window is reserved to manage any unexpected situations.
