Diffusion Research Symposium
Hosted by the Innovation Diffusion Lab at Texas Tech University

Call for Papers:
Diffusion of innovations-related research is now being accepted for consideration as part of the first Diffusion Research Symposium, located at the College of Media and Communication at Texas Tech University. Due to the unpredictable nature of COVID-19, this will be a hybrid event, to accommodate participants from outside of TTU and the Lubbock area. We encourage TTU and Lubbock participants to join us on campus.
The following format is required:
- Extended abstracts (about 1500-2000 words; at least research-proposal level)
Format should follow APA 7.

Acceptance emails will be sent out around a week after submission. If accepted, participants will be expected to prepare an 8- to 10-minute presentation on their paper. These may be pre-recorded or presented at the time of the symposium. Presentations will be organized into panels, followed by a brief Q&A session from the audience.

Open Invitation:
Regardless of if you are presenting or not, all are invited to attend the symposium either face-to-face or online. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. The symposium will include a keynote speaker (TBA) in addition to research panels. A full program will be sent out via email and posted at IDLresearch.org closer to the symposium.
