The Office of Research Services has established the following deadlines for proposals and awards needing to be processed before or during the holiday period.
TTU will be closed for the following dates during the holidays:
• Thanksgiving Break: Closed Thursday, November 23, 2023, and will reopen on Monday, November 27, 2023.
Research Services staffing may be reduced prior to and after these dates. Faculty should plan for additional time.
Please Note: These deadlines are in place to help process proposals and awards before the holiday break. Proposals and Award documents received after these deadlines are permitted but may not be processed until after the holiday break.
THANKSGIVING DEADLINES:
• Proposals that need to be submitted prior to the Thanksgiving holiday must be submitted to ORS by November 17, 2023.
• Agreements that need to be executed prior to the Thanksgiving holiday must be submitted to ORS by November 15, 2023.
Faculty should be mindful that staffing may be reduced prior to the break.
