The Rawls College of Business invites you to the presentation "Textual Analysis and Large Language Models (LLM’s) Biases," by Dexin Zhou, Ph.D. Zhou is an associate professor of the Bert W. Wasserman Department of Economics and Finance in the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. He is an expert in investments and behavioral finance. His presentation will focus on empirical methodology, making way to the development of textual analyses literature in accounting and finance, and the key methodologies widely used. In addition, he will refer to LLMs and how to use them in research, including presenting his own research that examines the biases of LLMs in stock return predictions and identifying trading strategies on an investor social media platform.

Attending this presentation will also be an excellent opportunity to explore potential interdisciplinary collaborations.
