Come join us February 28th from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM for a night of fine dining and fun as we host a wine pairing at Skyviews of Texas Tech. Featuring a four course meal, patrons may choose either a prix frie dinner for $29.95 or a wine pairing meal for $39.95.
For appetizers guests may choose either the Seared Sea Scallop or Foie Gras Mousse. After that guests pick between either a Caramelized Cauliflower Bisque or a Kale and Orange Vinaigrette salad. For entrees guests have a choice of a Seared Wild Caught Salmon with a White Bean Puree or a Grilled Venison Loin. Finally for dessert guests can pick either our Chocolate Terrine with Cherry Compote or our frozen Praline Souffle. All of our dishes will be paired with a specialty wine and guests may choose to either buy a sample, glass or bottle of the wine for each course.
Skyviews is located at the top of the Bank of America building on University and 19th and reservations are required for the event.
