My name is Dr. Lauren Locklear, and I am an Assistant Professor at Texas Tech University in the department of Management. I am conducting a research study on organizational culture. I am reaching out to invite you, as a staff member at TTU to participate in our research to help a fellow raider!
For this study, I am looking to recruit employed adults who frequently interact with others at work to participate in three surveys. In exchange for your participation, you will be provided up to a $25 gift card. (Please note: to be paid you must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.)
If you are interested, you can sign-up using the link below by this Friday, July 12th. This sign-up survey should take no more than about 10 minutes of your time. After providing your demographic and contact information, we will ask you a brief set of survey questions. In exchange for completing both parts of this sign-up survey (linked below), we will pay you $1 via Amazon e-gift card.
If you are chosen to participate (spots limited to 300 employees), you will be asked to complete the first survey on Friday, July 19th, the second survey on Friday, July 26th, and the third and final survey on Friday, August 2nd.
