Event Information:
Tonight's Carol of Lights ceremony will begin at 6:30pm with a Carillon Concert. Enjoy the sound of holiday favorites being played from the West bell tower of the Administration building.
The ceremony will step off at 7:00pm, beginning with a torch processional including members of the Saddle Tramps, High Riders, Raider Red, and the Masked Rider.
Safety
Please note that in order for you to fully enjoy the event, lighting around Memorial Circle, the Broadway entrance, and the Science/ Engineering quads will be reduced. Attendees are encouraged to find a viewing location early to avoid excess travel in the dark. While many additional police officers will be present for the event, it is always advised that those walking on campus do so in groups. Suspicious behavior should be reported to the Texas Tech Police
Traffic restrictions will begin between 5:30p and 6:00pm around the Memorial Circle and Broadway entrance areas of campus. Vehicle traffic is encouraged to use University Ave, as travel down Akron Ave. between 15th St and Glenna Goodacre Blvd will be restricted.
Parking:
Parking will be available in many lots across campus. Please check signage at the entrance to each lot to ensure legal parking. Residence hall "Z" parking lots are not available, but most Faculty/Staff "R" lots will be. ADA parking is available in the R01 parking lot- located off of 15th St. Ample parking will be available in the commuter parking lot west of the Jones AT&T Stadium. As always, parking in non-marked parking spaces, in the grass, on end-caps, or in the street is not permitted.
Lost & Found:
Lost/Found items can be turned in at the white RHA tent in Memorial Circle. The guest services tent will be available from 5:30pm-8:00pm.

Barnes & Noble will be available for you to purchase the official Carol of Lights shirts from Memorial Circle.
