Eligibility requirement include the following:
1. I am a first generation student.
2. I have completed at least one full semester at Texas Tech, excluding dual credit and summer terms.
3. I am a US citizen.
4. I have a current GPA of 3.5 or greater.
5. I have never received a Raiders Rojos Scholarship before.
6. I am able to attend the recognition events on 9/15/18
