Research Participants Needed
We are examining Dental Floss as a Novel Method that in future may replace conventional shots for vaccination. The study will last up to 2 hours.
Who can join?
· Must be between the ages of 18 and 65 years.
· Must have good oral health.
· Must meet other eligibility criteria (participant will verify through self-analysis).
Ø Should not be sick (no fever, cough, or other symptoms)
Ø Should not have oral cavity disease (infection, inflammation, ulcers, or other symptoms)
Ø Should not have gum disease (infection, inflammation, bleeding, or other symptoms)
Ø Should not use dentures (should have natural teeth)
Ø Should not be pregnant
Ø Should not be allergic to food dyes
Ø Should not be using other dental appliances such as bridge, retainer, orthodontics (braces) and dental veneers
What to expect?
· You will use floss picks coated with food dyes in your gum pockets. Images and video will be taken while you floss.
(NO DRUGS/VACCINES ARE APPLIED)
Compensation for your time and commitment
· After the successful completion of the study, each participant will be given an amount of $25.
