This research study is about identifying the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of adults regarding health, nutrition and whole grain intake. This will help us learn and identify the risk factors for prediabetes, which is the border line of diabetes. You will answer questions about diabetes risk, demographics (e.g. age, sex, gender), anthropometric (height and weight), physical activity, eating habits and nutrition knowledge. Upon completion you will enter a drawing for 6 Amazon gift cards ($25 each) for your participation. You will receive your compensation after the survey closes.
