For this study, I am looking for undergraduate students pursuing a degree either in STEM or Non-STEM. I am conducting a research study on what soft skills (e.g., critical skill thinking, teamwork, and communication) play in job readiness of college students. You will be asked to participate in a Qualtrics online survey that will ask you a series of questions regarding critical thinking, teamwork, and communication in job readiness. This research should only take approximately 30 minutes to complete. There will be incentives for participating in this study.

The following colleges are included: Arts and Science, Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, Business, Media & Communications, and Human Sciences). Will take part in the study will receive 0.25 SONA credit. After completing the study, SONA participants will get their credit two weeks later. The experimenter must issue credit through the SONA system.
