Want to study creative writing in a beautiful natural setting, right at the junction of two rivers and the edge of Hill Country? A hybrid writing course will take you there: spend the first week of the Summer I session on the TTU Junction Campus, followed by two weeks from wherever you'd like. The course is a compressed, hybrid ENGL: 3351 course in nonfiction writing, specifically focused on writing "from place" — on environment, landscape, nature, wildlife, and more. Junction is a beautiful town at the meeting of the North and South branches of the Llano River. Students can expect very starry nights, lots of river time, cool hiking, interesting wildlife, and more. They can also expect exciting reading and intensive writing. This class fulfills TTU's Multicultural Requirement.
