PSS 1311 - The Science of Wine is an introduction to the history of winemaking and application of biology, chemistry, and technology to modern grape and wine production.
This is the first time this class has been offered in person for several years. While there will not be any wine tasting, there will be hands on activities and the process for growing grapes and making wine will be covered.
