Lowered Flag at Memorial Circle
The Texas Tech flag at Memorial Circle will be lowered Wednesday June 27, 2018, in memory of Elmer Guerrero Arrieta. He was enrolled as a graduate student in the College of Architecture. Elmer passed away on Saturday June 16, 2018.
